Reading Air Show WWII Weekend
The troops are going with Brian & Carl Cessna who are doing a Pacific Motor Pool Impression.

Planned Activities
The weekend gets started on Friday with plenty of activity in the air as planes begin arriving and many of them will be offering rides
Also on Friday, operating military vehicles as the "Liberation of Reading" convoy moves out from the airport heading out to the city center at 11:00AM and returning in the afternoon
Sprawling Pacific and European theaters, U.S. Navy, Marine, and Army, encampments, British Commonwealth forces, German Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe camps will be set up
Battles and skirmishes between the French Resistance, Allied and German troops around the battle-scarred French Village are scheduled
Artillery demonstrations through out the weekend
Military vehicles and military reenactor units will pass in review on both Saturday & Sunday
Period music, comedy shows and a live radio broadcast drama
Big Band concerts and dances are scheduled for both Friday & Saturday evenings, 7PM-10PM
And, of course, the planes and the air shows!
