Getting Started
A Basic Guide For Uniforms And Gear
As WWII reenactors, we make every effort to accurately portray the 1943-1945 American soldiers who served in Europe. For that reason, the unit only uses items that saw service in the European Theater of Operations during World War II.
Members are encouraged to remain consistent in their portrayal of a Infantry soldiers and members of Signal Photo Companies |
In an effort to maintain consistency, items are listed in order here. Items, such as the M1945 pack system, should not be used along with other items that are models containing dates from the late war period.
Only approved ribbons and rank are worn. Decorations of valor are not displayed, unless you were actually awarded them in the service to our country. |
Please contact the unit commander for guidance about any uniform component or piece of gear.
