Platoons Recreated
"Of the troops... for the troops"
The contributions of the brave men (and women) of the WWII Puerto Rico 65th Infantry Regiment, Signal Photographic Companies, and civilian journalists are often overlooked in history, and under represented by the living history community at modern reenactments. A few individuals may show up at events representing these groups, but it is rare to find dedicated reenactors that perform the same role that these brave individuals provided for the US Army at modern historical reenactments and educational gatherings. Our group seeks to bring their stories to the public.
